It is used for flame-retardant parts that require high heat resistance and high dimensional stability, such as notebook casings, printers, and copiers. The corresponding grades include HAC8250NH-DF10, HAC8250NH-DF30, HAC6010FG, HAC6020FG, and HAC6030FG.

The special material for helmet shell has the characteristics of energy absorption and impact resistance, deformation resistance rigidity, spraying performance and performance retention. 1. Super-tough ABS GN201: the quality ABS with a balance of rigidity and toughness, specially used for motorcycle helmets, bicycle helmets, etc. 2. Blow-molded PC/ABS is mainly used for hollow blow molding products such as automobile bumpers and car spoilers, and the corresponding grades include HAC8240B. The plastic varieties used in blow molding are only thermoplastics, and PC/ABS is applicable for blow molding. Blow-molded PC/ABS is used for hollow products such as car bumpers and car spoilers. In order to ensure a good blow molding effect of the material, a high melt strength should be considered in the material design. Generally, the scheme for improving the melt strength of the material is as follows: A) Use high molecular weight substrates, and high molecular weight PC and ABS should be selected. The larger the molecular weight, the greater the intermolecular force, and the insensitivity to the melt change under shearing action, thus ensuring high melt strength during blow molding. B) Add melt enhancer. For example, acrylate melt enhancers can increase viscosity, inhibit melt sag, and increase the uniformity and dispersion of materials.
